After new gas lines were installed, our alley is in disprepair. The contractor assured me they would be back to smooth the alley and to re-gravel, but they have not. When will our alley be regraded and regravelled?

5/15/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with gas line installation causing the need for alley restoration has been formally reported to Richmond Restoration Management (Request #20020840891) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
