Please do not remove this tree!!!! Its worth cleaning and saving! Its approximatey 110 years old!

Our request is to just clip the branches. This is an ongoing project in our efforts to save the tree. The City has been very helpful in our efforts.

During the summer of 2012 the city came by and pruned the bush/ivy which surrounded the base of the tree as it was being used by the drug dealers to stash...well, their stash. The city has no intention of cutting down the tree unless it is dead. We are all adamant about saving as many of the old giants as we can. They add charm and much needed shade.

1/10/2013 Service Review: Richmond Tree Mgmt Team noted that as of 12/5/2012 this small broken hanging branch was placed on the crew list for handling soon - rtt
