Traffic heading up Swan Street toward the NYS Thruway entrance by Coca Cola field frequently jump the red light and make left turns in front of vehicles turning right onto the Thruway ramp. They don't stop to yield right-of-way and many actually dare others to hit them. There's going to be a horrible accident at that corner, especially during evening rush hour. Pedestrians are trying to cross and often have to jump back to avoid getting hit (they have the right of way, not vehicles). A left turn arrow at that corner would stop this madness. Is the DOT waiting for a fatality at that corner?
