I had no other clue how to report this. What you see in that picture might lead you to believe the sun has landed on the side of Glenwood Ave. but no, that is the world's brightest sign that ever was. Call Guinness because it is of an epic record shattering brightness. It needs to be set to dim down at night because it is literally blinding, and creates a hazard to drivers.

Please pass this along to whoever controls sign permits or whatever because I can't figure it out! Thanks!
