Red light can take up to 5 minutes to turn green. Drivers are going through the red light because they think it's broken. I get off 76 at the Gulph Mills exit coming home from work and I'm tired of drivers behind me having a fit because the light isn't changing. Drivers going around me blowing through the red light.
