Opis

This street is terribly damaged with potholes and old construction projects never finished.. Additionally the pedestrian sidewalk is broken and overgrown. There are freight trains that stop at this intersection for hours at a time. This blocks traffic for both pedestrians and cars. I work at 711 Hospital Street and we must structure our day around when the trains might come just to get home. I've seen many people commuting on Hospital street on foot or bicycle having to maneuver dangerously over top of the stopped freight train to get where they're going. Something must be done by the city to correct this! This is a major roadway/pathway for people commuting from the Northside area to parts of downtown and church hill.
