Ongoing heat and hot water issues at 212 East 105th Street - the entire building is effected. The building received a brand new boiler in November and there have been nothing but problems ever since. Super was notified of issues right away and sent delayed replies back. 9300 Realty manages the building and they are ignoring requests for rent reduction.
