Hello, there's a tire with a big garbage can inside of it and full of trash located outside the empty lot between the burrito place and the Easy (Sleazy) Market at about 3805 Market street. This garbage can has been on the sidewalk full of garbage for more than 2 weeks. There's another garbage bag hanging in the fence of the vacant lot. This lot is also full of garbage.
