This is rental house and the tenants have moved out, well they left a large pile of trash on the side of the house, it must be five foot pile of trash and mattress. it also forgot to take a car with them that has been been parked in the front of the house. The yard is also in pretty bad shape, I have tried to contact the property owner but have had no luck. I can smell the large pile of it from my house that is across the street.
