I live at this address as well and this is frustrating. My neighbor has the supervisor of trash's cell phone number and called this week to make sure it was picked up. The bags are decomposing. This shouldn't be a problem with a service that we pay for. Complaints are not heard or listened to.
This address is serviced in an alley way. The route supervisor should have been in contact by now and hopefully has explained the problem with the placement of the material to be collected. Apparently the yard waste is not being placed where it can be seen and collected by the crews, but our route supervisor will follow up to make sure it gets picked up.
Ok thanks. The only way they can't see it is if they are not coming back here. It's in the same place each week and has been picked up in the Past from the same spot so they know where it is.
Our SWS Assistant Director went out to the site and he felt it should have been collected. He's going to work with the crew to make sure they don't miss it next time. Thanks for your patience, and don't hesitate to reopen if the problem occurs again after collection this week!
