Southbound Carlisle at Cedar Springs is closed due to construction and according to road construction signage, will be for quite a long while.

As a result, it is horribly inefficient for the traffic lights to continue to operate as if the intersection was open in all directions.

Someone at Dallas City Streets please address the light timing ASAP.
