Illegal dumping on the sidewalk. The entire surrounding block has become a dumping ground (see Packard Alley) reporting. There has been continuous parking of vehicles (including RVs and Cargo Vans that rarely move or just move from one side of the street to the other). It's more than disheartening -- and simply provides a breeding ground for the continuous illegal dumping. I didn't include the wrecked car that's dumped across the street from 1126 Monterey Street. -- which has been reported to the abandoned vehicle telephone line.
