10/25/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with dead tree limbs needing to be trimmed all along the block has been formally reported to Richmond Tree Management (Request #20020870506) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
