I have witnessed a non-registered user bully registered and non-registered members alike, trying to turn everything here into a political event. This city has had enough of bullies, the site has had enough of unregistered users reporting issues and getting them flagged.
You have created a new policy here where only registered users will be able to post, then if you continually report topics, comments and so forth, you will be banned, your IP and email blocked.. You will need a valid one to complete registration here...
So Mr Bully, you have created change here and you and your type will not be bullying others on this site any longer,
