This happens a lot. Someone thinks this is a dumping ground. I reported the same exact thing 6 mos to a year ago and it was about 2 mos when someone reported trash in this area. Along the path from there to Rio Grande there is always trash.

Continue problem in this area. Does not make sense. Needs to stop. Trash is a big problem for this city. People are soooo.
