This is still a problem. The storm grates are always full of leaves so cyclists can't see that they will fall into the grates, which are parallel to the direction of traffic. This is where Arkwright goes over a creek. It is a problem in both directions. This is part of the PATH, so it is mind-blowing to me that it has not been addressed in the 3 years since I posted it.
