Opis

Looks like washer or dryer dumped maybe by people across the street. (1124/1122 Monterey block). The appliance was across the street in the am and by the pm dumped on the sidewalk at the alley. Suspect same people responsible for previous recent dumping of sofa and other items. Also there are lots of children in the neighborhood that can hurt themselves on this appliance. Again, this lot attracts more dumping. This is a critical problem. Thanks for any help
