I called the number you listed and they have never heard of this website or of the Fairwood Ave round-about issue.

I do have an email into the engineer of similar projects (Bennett.Elbo@myClearwater.com ) "Ben". He was unavailable.

Hopefully, he will be in touch with your office about where the breakdown in communication is and can follow up on if the south-portion of Fairwood Ave will also receive round-abouts.
