A property on Springs Road near Wolfe was recently cited by Vallejo Code Enforcement and has until Tuesday, Nov. 1 to remove vehicles stored on that property. This looks to be one of those vehicles. We know the truck on Wolfe near Springs Rd is one of their as neighbors saw them pushing it and tried to stop them. Code Enforcement, the Neighborhood Law Program of the City Attorney's office and the Community division of the police force have received multiple complaints about this. But it's not clear if they can deal with it. Cod Enforcement says they have no jurisdiction over vehicles abandoned on City Streets. Traffic seems to take at least a month to two abandoned cars if they are reported - neigbors and I have reported 4 cars from this property alone in the past couple weeks. The residents don't appear to be concerned since for now, they are getting away with this.
