Opis

A number of cars in the right (right turn only) lane on Locust continue to go straight. This causes both lanes to race to cross the intersection and merge on the other side of 8th going east, rather then the right lane turning and the left lane straight. Arrows right before the intersection would remind drivers which lane to be in. There are arrows well in advance but drivers do not notice them. There are also a number of cars in the right lane that go straight when pedestrians are expecting them to turn, several pedestrians have nearly been struck and you can often hear screeching breaks due to this occurance.
