For the past two days, if you are heading west on Park and go to turn south on Midway the turn signal refuses to give a green arrow. Yesterday people were whipping out of the turn lane back on to park to get around the issue which was dangerous enough. Today people just completely went through the red arrows as soon as cross traffic stopped.
