The issue is in Maxwell Alley just a few feet West of the Butte Street Stairs. there are 1 or 2 large DEAD bushes there that are an extreme fire hazard. We reported this 2 years ago, even pointed it out to someone from the city back then. This is now a particularly worrisome issue as within the last month young people have been setting fires on the first landing from the top. One was pointed out by a city worker when he was doing Graffiti removal & I discovered the other myself when cleaning up garbage left by homeless people going though a bag of trash they stole from someones garbage. This is unacceptable, if someone lights this bush on fire I have a large Eucalyptus tree a few feet across from it and it could involve other homes here in the vicinity.
