tree on northeast corner (which tree is on city property) is blocking view of uphill traffic on coughlin when one is parked at Stop sign on Carter. this has been on see click fix before and it is not fixed. someone is going to get t-boned by the speeders speeding up the hill on couglin. the tree needs to be trimmed or removed
