Late Saturday night 8/5/17 a fire broke out in squatters occupied garage in Packard alley behind 29 Alabama St. Squatters put out fire and scrubbed off most of scorching. Adjoining garage is a paint locker full of paint and chemicals. This a fire Hazzard and a fire tragedy waiting to happen.

And the city does nothing!

This is criminally negligent disregard for the property in the neighborhood, for the health and safety of the legal residents, and for the duty of care owed to the apparently indigent and incapable squatters. And it is far from being a rare case!

Does no one inside City Hall give a thought to the people of this city, or is all about satisfying the wants of big business and big unions?
