Take care of OUR town, we the tax paying citizens beg.
Make those that live here proud, want to improve their homes etc.
Get those tourist and commuters to want to move to Vallejo.

You are our voice... Do what is right for the city... Get this mess cleaned up. It has been long enough. Frustratedly still looking at the sick sad Scourge!

The other container for Mr. Sizemore is right behind the Apt building. I am sure they just love looking at that with the tarp on top of it blowing in the wind.
