RV and cars parked with people living in them for weeks. Spotted someone shotting up while sitting on sidewalk . Trash galore. Limited space for cars to pass on street due to wide RV's. Blight on the block is the residue of 42nd street being cleared out. School starts in a few weeks. Kids should not have to walk through this mess. Needs to be cleaned up and clear folk out
