There are over a dozen vehicles almost all with out of state plates parked on the 0-100 block of Quincy Place NW on the right-hand side during Wednesday street cleaning hours. The out-of-state plates are violating the 2-hr Zone 5 parking restriction and all vehicles are violating the street cleaning restrictions. The street is in desperate need of sweeping which cannot be done with so many cars illegally parked.
