Is the new parking enforcement team only ticketing easy, "soft" infracters?

The city contracted to an outside company to enforce parking only in the public parking lots for monthly and daily parking passes. Evidently you still need to go through Vallejo Police Department for street violations, and we know where that goes.

Thank you for reporting! We spoke to the people parked at this location and advised them of the 3 hour parking time. Later that day, those that were still parked were ticketed. We now have a open case on this issue and we will continue to monitor this area.
