I will ask ISD to speak with the owner. But, this is the kind of situation that needs to be reported to the Police Dept. when it is happening. It is the Police Department that is the enforcement authority for the City's Noise Ordinance. The Police are aware that such outdoor power tools cannot be operated before 7:00 a.m.

If there is another noise ordinance, please call the police department.
