Opis
A wood "bridge" was installed over the sidewalk awhile back for what I am assuming is temp utilities for the construction site. I have seen this area become a challenge for people with all the pedestrian traffic in the area. Today there was a gentleman who tried to go over it with his wheel chair but could not make it over it. The sidewalks have been removed across the street and he had nowhere to go but in the street. Can something be done with this?

Another SCF ticket was created because this man literally has to go down the street because there is no sidewalk on Stafford Avenue either. SHAMEFUL for a city this size not to be pedestrian friendly, and to allow stupid situations like this to occur which further restrict those who need it these sidewalks the most.
