Opis

A large tractor tire has been in the Optimist Park for months. This large tire holds water which in turn is a breeding ground for mosquitos. With mothers and grandmothers bringing their children to the park now that it has been upgraded this tire is not only unsightly for a nice park but a health hazard (Zeka and West Nile).
