dog that lives at this address, an older german shepherd, can get out of yard at will, she goes by name of sheba. the dog rummages through garbage looking for food. One neighbor has reported the dog constantly eats her cats food. the dog is not aggressive but there is concern she will be hit by a car, a well as is it being fed at home.
