I saw some comments on a news site re: a house on Annin St, can you tell me if this is the same home you're talking about? Comment from Review:

"The residence at the end of the 1100 block of Annin Street, near 12th, stinks up the whole end of the block by exhausting heavily pet-waste-scented air into the street. Of course, it attracts flies, too. And it gets worse every year. PSPCA never returns our calls.
How many years of ignored phone calls to various cities agencies do we have to endure before action is taken?”

I'd like to find out more about what's happening on Annin St. so I can write a blog about it. When I found out about the stinky house on Earp St, I blogged about it, sent the blog to 400-600 people and had 4000+ hits in one day...2 days later the house got raided. Can't say for sure if it had to do with my blog but some people seem to think so.

The house that was once flowing sewage on the northwest corner of 11th and Annin has since stopped and is not the same house that is exhausting a foul smell onto the street, however, especially after the 7th and Earp incident, that house has now become the new growing concern. Flies are definitely a problem and the two constantly running exhaust fans pump a terrible odor that is wafted down the street on hot, breezy days.

This should probably be closed - stopped happening after about a month this summer. If it happens again, the community can probably open a new issue?
