This problem is at the point where the eastbound exit rramp from 440 intersects Lake Boone Trail. When this intersection was rebuilt, a small median was placed to separate the turning lanes onto Lake Boone Trail. The small median was built in a way that it protrudes a foot or so into the outside west-bound lane of Lake Boone Trail. If one describes an arc from one side of the intersection to the other this protrusion is apparent. It appears that one car may already have hit it as there are some tire marks on it. The problem is worst at night when visibility is poor. At the least the small median should be marked with reflective paint or, better yet, have its outer foot or so removed.
