Please can you get the guy playing music since this morning at max volume to turn it down? I am sick to death of having to listen to his soul music, hearing him yelling with his friends and having to keep all my windows closed on a hot day. I can hear word for word all his music with all my windows closed. It is not acceptable- it has been relentless and i'm losing my mind
