Yes, The Palms Apartments could do a lot better with litter through there.

Yikes! It looks like the road is already washing out. Shouldn't the property owner be responsible for maintaining this?

The debris is coming down the creek and probably not from Palms Apartments property. Most likely from the area along the new greenway.

I doubt it... I see very little litter on the greenway. Maybe some from the middle school up the hill. But still the property owner should tend to this and they don't. Another bad neighbor

The Public Works Department has responded. This was taken care of. It is the drive pipes for an Apartment community. Therefore the responsibility to keep debris remove is that of the property owner. We cleared it this time simply because of a concern for the residents. If maintained properly with frequent checks this can and should be avoidable. Thank you!
