Fence placed by state of California is falling down. Others have said no one will take responsibility for maintaining the fence. A sign on the fence says it was built by Tri-City Fence Co Inc. Located at 1175 Benicia Rd. 94591. 7076445764. Why not contact them and ask who paid them to put the fence up in the first place?
