On July 27th of last year I sent in a request for sidewalk repair. I was given case #101000071146 for this request. I have not heard anything and the issue has not been resolved almost a year later. The sidewalk in front of my residence has popped up out of the ground creating a tripping hazard. From the street side, the sidewalk is elevated five or more inches above ground level. Another corner sticks up three inches while another corner is sunken in. Many people use the sidewalk to walk their dogs and walk to the bus stop. It is a disaster waiting to happen! Please have someone come out and resolve this tripping hazard. Thank you!
