lol. I thought that was a old PG& E building. If anyone has details of the violations , please post. Very curious how this property can have so many complaints without hefty fines/liens.

We finally called 911 at 11:08 pm but of course they never showed up and we waited till 11:45pm. Generator finally ran out of gas!

eTRAKiT: CE17-1082, over a year in the works. Never address anything but high weeds and junk, and that still can't be completed after all this time. Others have complained and reported over the years, 30+ eTRAKiT cases on this parcel. I sent an 1 year anniversary card on the last post. By the way, it only on the 2nd citation and keeps getting dates for followups pushed further into the future each time I check on this.

So the City Attorney Neighborhood Law department hasn't stepped in to file a nuisance lawsuit ?

Fire Prevention has an active case on the property, case #FP18-0003 in which they cited the owners for the overgrowth, and Code Enforcement Officer Sidie has an active case on the property in which the owner was cited twice for code violations including weeds and trash, case reference #CE17-1082. Code Enforcement, has this been forwarded to City Attorney Neighborhood Law ?
Curious if this has so many on going issues ,stopping neighbors from enjoying their own properties and causing city resources to continuously be directed as this particular property.
It does qualify as a Nuisance condition ? Have the fines been a deterrent ?

Is there any kind of time limit on how long the owner has to get this corrected?
