To date, some of the 20+ people have moved. No meeting this past weekend, but too soon to tell if the problem is solved.

No meetings lately, now they are renting their driveway space for flea markets, still causing traffic & trespassing problems. Someone with authority needs to explain to these people, this is a residential neighborhood, not commercial property.

The meetings haven't stopped, but smaller crowds attending. Now they have started teen jam sessions in that 2 car detached garage. Cars dropping off & picking up, using my driveway, actually parking in front & blocking my driveway, if I don't make them move & loud music, everynite & today, which is Sat. and started early this AM. The teens are loitering on my property, which is next door & in areas around my house, I am finding cigarette butts. Nobody that knows me throws cig. butts in my yard. Plus I witnessed 4 smoking on my property away from the property where they are supposed to be.

This specific code violation has never been reported to Codes and Buildign Safety. We have had numerous complaints about unlicensed motor vehiclkes, junk, trash and debris which have always been resolved.

In reading what has been reported, I don't think that Codes would have jurisdiction as to the number of persons being at this property, and unless we have proof that a business is being operated, we can take no action. It appwars that the issues are issues for the Metro Police to handle. If persons are trespassing onto your property, playing loud music, blocking your driveway, all of these issues are the jurisdiction of the Metro Police Department.

The police have been called 3 times this week. If they came out, I do not know, but if they did, it did no good. These people need to be told by someone with "authority", that is not commercial property. I am 72 and live alone, I can't police a bunch of hispanic teens or the "excessive" traffic of them being dropped off & picked up, using my driveway & property or continue to pick up the trash they leave. Started out 1 evening there was 5 propped on my car in my driveway. This area is supposed to be residential.

I am sorry, but if the only issue is heavy traffic, noise and numerous vehicles, this is not a violation under our Code of Laws. Do you know what type of business is being operated?

Two people leaving, very upset and advised, they were told it was a community meeting, but when they got there it was for investments.

While I understand your frustrations, Codesmust have proof that a busienss is being operated.

Well maybe someone from codes should try attending 1 of the meetings. Why is it up to me to prove the law is being broke? Businesses are not supposed to be operated in residential neighborhoods, 1 because of the excess traffic. That alone is a violation of codes.

Community meetings held on a proeprty is not a code violation. I will need for you to provide informaitn to me as to what type meetings are being held. A meeting is different from a business. Any informaiotn you can give would be appreciated and we will investigate.

I did not say it was a Community meeting! I said the two people willing to talk to me, said "they were told it was a community meeting, but when they got there, it was an investment scheme, like invest money, like maybe a ponsi deal.
