The plate is still on the ground and making a lot of noise all day and night. It looks like crew tried to reduce noise by pouring asphalt around the edges, but that hasn't worked. Is there an ETA on when the hole will be filled and the plate removed?

Hi Jared! I issued Service Request 1126402104 for them to come out and repair the hole so that the plate could be removed.

The steel covers are still in place and making significant noise. When will the plates be removed and the street fixed?
