Opis

Traffic signal for 11th Street turning right onto Lake Merritt Blvd are arrows. When RED arrow is showing should mean that you can't turn when RED. Many are not aware of law including AC Transit as I often see vehicles turning on the RED arrow. Perhaps a No Turn on Red sign is necessary.
