David, this is emblematic of a system wide problem of lax operation and management. The problem isn't this particular driver on this particular route at this particular time. The problem is that I could report one of these issues just about every time I ride the system. The beauty of SeeClickFix is that it brings the cleansing effect of sunshine to problems. I'm just a rider, but I ask again: where is management? Are you WMATA management?

I'm with Arlington County DES, so of you ever see an ART bus driver doing this, I can definitely relay the information for resolution.

I don't how actively WMATA monitors this site.
