This is so stupid. I am so happy to have mounted cops who can do a great job of policing a city in a unique way and the occaisional poop should not be a big deal. Horses eat only grass and hay and their waste is gone in no time! Unlike dog, cat or human poop which is full of stink and lasts forever, this is not nearly as bad as the garbage that our city is plagued with, and which does not disolve. Our street had a growing pile of bags, bottles condoms and CIGARETTE waste, yet nobody bats an eyelash at those dropped gems. The horses in most city police programs do a job that is still important, they are public images. And believe it or not, most humans from most countries respect and admire them. If someone is so distressed that a natural occurence isn't being dealt with , get a bag and take care of it or go back to your sterile space. You try wearing a diaper and walking around all day, its not that easy. I want that cop out watching and doing their job.I've seen them help many times. They make me proud.

I agree with the previous poster. In addition, you should not be walking across the street here anyway.
