  This belongs to Comcast and the subcontractor that repairs them is CableCom 530-622-7762. It helps if people do not keep driving over them?

  Yes, but if the city doesn't complain to Comcast, who will? We aren't even customers. Also there are FOUR of these puppies on the freeway side of Chabot above the tennis club; 2 are CATV, one is labeled PG&E, and one has a rotting plywood cover and no label.

  Sadly I have found the PWD 311 call center ability to refer problems within there own PWD as dismal and to outside agencies worse. I am just offering a solution that might really get these cover replaced. PG&E 800-743-5000
