Does anybody know who this illegal dumper is? This is the guy who should be either fined or make him part of the solution by cleaning his mess.

I feel that the City of Oakland is disregarding the Pine Street dumping problem. Attached is a photo of one of the dumpers that was taken. OMG, there's the CA License Plate number in plain view. I think it's time to identify this person, and make them part of the solution., Either fine or make them clean up!! It's time for the neighborhood to take the streets back. Public Works has been sent numerous voice mails and messages, and the only response from them is NO RESPONSE. The people of Oakland deserve more than inaction by PW.
