The lights at 23 Mile and I 94 need to be timed differently. Going eastbound on 23 Mile in the afternoon is a nightmare. You will have to wait several lights before you make it over the I94 overpass. The light at 23 and I 94 needs to be timed differently also. In the morning and in the afternoon sometimes the westbound traffic on 23 Mile is blocking the Donner/23 Mile intersection and people making a left turn from Donner have a hard time.

A bridge for 24 Mile Road will probably never happen though, as the people living in that area are against the increased traffic that a bridge would bring.

A bridge over I-94 from 24 Mile Road is not the solution to this problem. A change in the timing of the lights on 23/I-94 would help greatly. It wasn't until the recent chane in timing of that area that messed up all the traffic. It used to be just slightly backed up. Now...you might as well put your car in PARK and just plan to sit there.
