Opis
Illegal dumping of red/blue fence materials on NATIONAL ALLEY (100 thru 200 block) between Trinity and Branciforte.
Dumping took place at about 3am on 8/18/18, by someone who may drink Coors light and Hurricane, smokes Fortuna 100 cigarettes, may wear 34x30 jeans, and ate a FILL UP BOX at KFC on June 30, 7:53pm (served by CHRISTINAP cashier).

There were exposed nails among the boards.
I see a gentleman was by to clean this up, did a fantastic job, Even got removed both the Venetian blinds.
Thank you for the timely service. It is much safer, the alley is now cleared for normal traffic.
