Opis
This car has been sitting for months. It's a 4 door Nissan and the plate number is HMC4567. It has a front right flat tire. It's being covered by a gray tarp. The tarp is being held down by a long piece of wood that sits on the front of the car and a long piece of wood that sits on the trunk of the car. I have called 911. I have called 311. I have called the direct number for the Philadelphia 17th Police District which is only steps away from where this vehicle sits. I have called the Philadelphia Parking Authority. I have received no assistance from any of them and only get the run around and a new number to call. If this car does not work it should not be occupying a space that can be used by working vehicles. PLEASE GIVE THIS CAR THE $301 TICKET FOR AN ABANDONED VEHICLE / Provision code 12-1120(2)

In order to enter a service request for an abandoned vehicle, the Police Dept. requires the following: the color make and model, the license plate number and state, the condition of the vehicle, if anything is broken or missing, if the vehicle is drivable, how long the vehicle has been there, and the police district. This information is needed for each vehicle.
A vehicle which is inoperable (e.g., missing or flat tires),
hazardous (broken glass), has expired registration, and/or a
expired inspection sticker will be considered to have been abandoned.
If a vehicle meets the criteria of an abandoned vehicle,
then and only then will it be towed.
