They still haven't fixed the fence, then. It's a shame. This could have been prevented.

The fence is busted open again along the Eco-Thrift parking lot -- there are campers setting up tents, coolers, even a couch in the old Kmart lot. How are they handling going to the bathroom? Probably right into White Slough. This is a hygeinic problem.
